本生产线位于河南许昌禹州市苌庄镇，主要用于破碎水泥生产线剥离的矿山废石，生产高质量机制砂及多种规格碎石。整线采用现代化干法无尘生产工艺，配备HPT300多缸液压圆锥破、VSI1140制砂机等先进设备，实现好的、节能、环保运行。
一、生产线工艺流程（优化版）
1. 原料预处理阶段
原料（0-800mm石灰石）经皮带输送机送入一级振动筛（3YK3070），预先筛分出≤40mm的物料直接进入半成品料仓，≥40mm的大块物料进入缓冲料仓，随后进入圆锥破破碎系统。
2. 中细碎破碎阶段
**HPT300多缸液压圆锥破（3台）**负责核心破碎任务，每台配置独立振动筛（3YK3070），形成闭路循环，破碎效率高达800t/h。
