作为贵州省重点交通工程，安盘高速公路（安顺至盘州段）的建设对砂石骨料的品质和供应稳定性提出了严格要求。2023年10月，世邦集团为该高速公路配套建设的200t/h石灰石破碎生产线在六盘水盘州市正式投产运行，为项目建设提供了坚实的砂石骨料保障。
生产线概述
这条200t/h的石灰石破碎生产线采用了先进的"三级破碎+整形+筛分"工艺方案，设备配置科学合理：
GF1245重型板式给料机

采用重型槽钢结构架体，配备高品质链轮链条
可根据后续破碎需求实现变频调速给料

工艺流程
开采的石灰石原料经GF1245给料机均匀输送至PE750×1060颚破进行初级破碎，产出0-200mm的粗料；随后进入PF1315反击破进行中细碎处理；最后VSI9526整形机制砂，配合S5X2460-3振动筛进行分级，得到0-5mm、5-10mm、10-20mm等多种规格的高品质骨料。
