作为国家重大交通工程配套项目，该生产线位于四川省高海拔区域（海拔3000米以上），专业处理川藏铁路隧道施工产生的花岗岩洞渣（抗压强度≥80MPa）。项目采用“就近加工、以废为宝”模式，累计转化洞渣400万吨，所产砂石骨料直接用于铁路混凝土浇筑及路基填筑，实现资源循环与工程建设双轨并行。
二、技术创新与实施亮点
定制化破碎工艺
三段破碎系统：
粗碎阶段：HST250单缸液压圆锥破实现高强度破碎，适应花岗岩高磨蚀性特征；
中细碎阶段：HPT300多缸液压圆锥破通过层压破碎优化粒形，针片状含量低于8%；
制砂整形阶段：VSI6X1263制砂机配备双模式转子，成品砂细度模数可调（2.4-3.0），石粉含量可控。
智能筛分控制：多级圆振动筛构成闭路循环，精确分级0-5mm（机制砂）、5-10mm、10-20mm等规格，级配连续性好。
高原环境适应性升级
针对低温缺氧工况，设备采用强化密封结构、低温油液适配及电机功率补偿技术，年运行时间超7200小时；
模块化设计缩短安装周期，生产线从建设到达产仅用时75天。
