工艺流程
初级破碎
花岗岩原石通过移动站配置的振动给料机均匀送入PE600×900颚式破碎机，完成粗碎加工，破碎效率高且出料粒度均匀。
筛分与二级破碎
初破后物料经1860振动筛预筛分，符合要求的骨料直接进入成品环节；超规格物料转入HPC220液压圆锥破进行中细碎，确保粒形优良。
多级成品输出
通过闭路循环筛分系统，最终产出0-5mm、5-10mm、10-20mm、20-31.5mm四种规格骨料，完全符合混凝土配比要求。
