爆破开采后的大块玄武岩经150吨级矿车运输至原料堆场
重型板式给料机（TSW1345）实现≤800mm物料均匀给料，配备异物剔除装置
梯级破碎系统
一级破碎：HJ125颚破通过800t液压过铁保护系统，产出≤300mm初级破碎料
二级破碎：双HST250圆锥破平行作业（可独立调节腔型），产出≤100mm中间产品
三级破碎：HPT300采用层压破碎原理，实现成品针片状含量＜10%

上层筛网（31.5mm）：超标物料返回HPT300再破碎
