最让现场工人省心的是它的“低门槛属性”：没有一堆复杂的按钮和操作逻辑，车载智能系统会自己盯着进料量、破碎腔压力，物料硬了软了都能自动调转速，不会动不动就过载停机。平时换易损件、做保养，快开式的检修门一打开就能伸手操作，不用喊专门的技术人员从大老远跑过来，几个现场工人半天就能搞定全部维护。哪怕是远东冬天低温的工况，设备也没闹过“脾气”，连续跑十几个小时也稳得住，算下来每吨物料的加工成本比之前用固定线的时候省了近三分之一。
