一、建筑垃圾预处理与分拣系统
项目采用三级分拣流程：
一级人工分拣：剔除塑料、木材等大件杂物。
二级机械分拣：通过振动筛分离轻质物料（如泡沫、石膏板）。
三级磁选分拣：利用电磁除铁设备回收金属材料（回收率≥95%）。
分拣后的建筑废料主要包括混凝土块、砖瓦和石料，经传送带进入破碎系统。
二、破碎生产线工艺流程
生产线采用"颚破+反击破+圆锥破"三段式破碎组合：
一级破碎：PE750×1060颚式破碎机将大块物料（≤800mm）破碎至150mm以下。
二级破碎：PF系列反击式破碎机中等硬度物料预处理（150mm→50mm）。
三级破碎：HPT多缸液压圆锥破对硬质岩石精加工（50mm→≤25mm）。
配套S5X振动筛实现物料分级，产出0-5mm、5-10mm、10-20mm、20-40mm四种规格骨料。
